Download the WhatsApp application on your mobile device if you haven't already. This will be the main tool to access our wallet.
"STEP 1: PREPARATIONS"
Make sure you have an active mobile number and a ready-to-use mobile device.
"STEP 4: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN APPLICABLE"
Send in PDF, JPG, or PNG format the images of the required documents for identification and any other documents requested in the verification area. This process will only be necessary for special corporate operations.
"STEP 3: REGISTRATION"
Go to our registration area, where you will need to complete the registration and verification process if applicable. It's the first step to joining the Salvador SV community!
"STEP 5: ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT"
Once REGISTERED, finish up and wait 5 to 10 minutes to activate your registration and account in our conversational wallet. Click the following link: https://wa.link/salvadorsv, send us a greeting, and we will recognize you as a contact.
"STEP 6: START A CONVERSATION"
Start the conversation in our conversational wallet through WhatsApp. Our assistance system will verify your registration to ensure everything is in order, and you can save the active contact as SALVADOR SV.
"STEP 7: SELECT LANGUAGE"
"STEP 8: CONFIRMATION AND ACCESS"
You can choose between English or Spanish to continue your conversation.
The session will automatically close after 5 minutes of inactivity for security reasons. If you send a message after that time, the conversation will start from the greeting and language selection.
At any point, type 'exit' to return to the beginning of the conversation.
Once your registration is confirmed, you can start your transactions. Use the menu to access various functions:
a. Make Transactions
b. Check History
c. Help Center
If the minimum activation time has not passed, try again in 5 minutes.
If the system does not recognize you, you will need to ensure your registration is complete.
"STEP 9: START YOUR TRANSACTIONS"

"STEP 11: SEEK HELP WHEN NEEDED"
At any time, you can go to our help center using this tool within your Wallet or through the general chat on our website salvadorsv.com.
“PASO 12: CUIDA TU WALLET”
After using your wallet, always close the conversation. If you forget, remember that your session will automatically close after 5 minutes of inactivity. All one-time authorization codes for your transactions will always be sent to your email; do not let anyone see them.
We will never ask for your password, nor will we manage your assets. What is yours will always be yours, and you will manage it as you see fit.
"STEP 13: ADD SECURITY"
Follow the process to set a lock or secure your chat with a fingerprint or password according to the guidelines provided by WhatsApp.
Both on Android and iPhone, you can activate the chat lock feature to protect your more personal chats, such as your conversational wallet, with a password or biometrics.
To read or send messages, you will need to unlock your chats using device authentication, such as your phone's passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint. These chats will be in the Locked Chats folder, separate from the rest. See all the details here.
